What is MSuites by TLANZ?

MSuites offers modern, private mediation, arbitration, and meeting rooms in the heart of Auckland’s CBD. Located on Level 18 of the Vero Centre at 48 Shortland Street, our suites are designed to provide a professional and confidential environment for legal and business proceedings.

We are situated on Level 18 of the Vero Centre at 48 Shortland Street, Auckland, New Zealand.

Rooms & Amenities

What types of rooms are available?

We offer four distinct meeting rooms:

  • Tūmanako Room: Seats up to 24 people, featuring a 98” 4K display screen.
  • Wairua Room: Seats up to 10 people, equipped with a 75” 4K display screen.
  • Ngākau Room: Seats up to 10 people, also with a 75” 4K display screen.
  • Pono Room: Seats up to 10 people, featuring a 75” 4K display screen.

What amenities are included with each booking?

All bookings include:

  • Dedicated Guest Experience and Office Coordinator
  • Water, Tea & Espresso Coffee
  • Use of Kitchenette
  • Pads & Pens, Whiteboards & Pens
  • Wi-Fi
  • AV Equipment: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech Scribe, High-Resolution 4K Display Screens

Are additional services available?

Yes, additional services such as administrative support (printing, copying) and catering options are available upon request.

Can you accommodate my specific room set up requirements?

Yes, our Tumanako Room is a flexible space and can be set up to suit your requirements. For example; boardroom style, classroom style, theatre or court room style. Enquire further to discuss your specific needs.

Are catering services available during my booking?

Yes. Catering can be arranged in advance. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss menu options and requirements.

Booking & Scheduling

How can I book a meeting room?

Bookings can be made through our website (tlanzmsuites.nz). Each room page includes a “Book Now” option. Alternatively, you can contact the MSuites team at [email protected].

How far in advance should I book a suite?

We recommend booking with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I modify or cancel a booking?

Yes. Please notify us via [email protected] as soon as possible. Modifications or cancellations may be subject to our booking policy.

What happens if I arrive late for my booking?

Your suite will remain available for the duration of your scheduled booking. Please contact us if you anticipate a delay so we can accommodate your session.

What are the operating hours?

Our rooms are open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate bookings outside these hours by prior arrangement and additional fees applied. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] for further information.

Technical Support & Assistance

Who do I contact if there’s an issue with the AV equipment?

For any technical issues during your session, contact our on-site coordinator or email [email protected] immediately. Assistance will be provided promptly.

Is there support for setting up Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing?

Yes. Our team can assist with connecting to Microsoft Teams and Zoom. HDMI setups can also be discussed and arranged.

What should I do if I encounter any issues with the room or facilities?

Please notify our on-site coordinator immediately or email [email protected]. We aim to resolve all issues quickly to ensure your session runs smoothly.
